Chris Redfield (RE1 AU)

Chris was born the oldest of two, his sister's six years younger, she's also the only family he has left so he's a bit protective over her (Will shoot to maim or kill anyone who hurts her if she lets him? You bet!). This protectiveness brought on by being a big brother seems to also cover Jill Valentine and Rebecca Chambers to some degree (More so with Rebecca because she’s almost the same age as his sister so he sees more of Claire in her).

When he was in his late teens he joined the Air Force, training as both a pilot (Meaning he's not as dumb as he acts!) and marksman. While he has authority problems (Why else would he have been 'retired' at 23 from the air force without honors?) he doesn't mind working with a tight knit group, which was why he took the job with S.T.A.R.S. when they recruited him. It also gave him a chance to work with Barry again.

Chris was placed in Alphas as their point man, and co-pilot. This team consisted of him, Jill Valentine, Barry Burton, Joseph Frost, and their pilot Brad Vickers. Because the groups worked in tandem with each other they became close like a second family, meaning he knew the Bravos well on and off duty.

When the news of the cannibal killers started up he was contacted by an old friend who disappeared without a trace the night he asked Chris to meet with him. This had Chris start thinking that there might be something going on that the people weren't being told, or maybe it was just too many conspiracy theory mags that he, Joseph and Forest joked about and late night movies playing havoc with his head.

He sees himself as a hero, and sees S.T.A.R.S. as a civilian special ops group dedicated to keeping people safe (Maybe a little naive about it?). Since touching down in the Arklay Mountains and seeing what became of the Bravos he's more dedicated to finding out what's happened to them and putting an end to it, as well as getting the rest of his team back home safely before calling in bigger guns. At least that was the plan...

While out in the woods alone he ran into a slightly bigger situation than just Umbrella. Hopefully Jill will understand his abandoning them at the mansion.

GLChris: Because why the fuck not right? And would totally explain why he wasn't around in Jill's scenerio in the first game. He's off being a superhero. (This bio is set up for this verse mostly 'cause mun's bein' silly).

Military training:

• he was Air Force before recruited by S.T.A.R.S.
• He's able to fly fixed wing planes (Sorry no choppers).
• With his military training he has skills with various weapons (Small arms, knives and larger launchers),
• hand to hand combat training as well as knife fighting.
• He’s got great eyesight needing it to be a marksman.
